Ordering, Shipping & Payments Policy
  • During our soft launch phase, we have arranged with our awesome friends at Scoopalooza Creamery in Winchester MA, to let our customers order and pick-up the order at their stores during a certain time window.

  • As of this writing, the pickup window will be Saturdays (12pm - 2pm)

  • All orders usually are prepared within 24 hours of order time; we will send email confirmation when the items are ready to pick-up. The confirmation email will contain the pick-up window time.

  • Please arrive within the provided 2-hour pick-up window.  It is our store policy that refund will NOT be provided if customer fails to pick-up within the given time window. Please understand that our friends have been very generous in letting us use their store as pick-up place, so we would like to return their good gestures by not going over the time limit.

  • We accept major Credit Cards as forms of payments.

  • We reserved the right to accept or reject any orders.

  • We strive to do our best. If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please talk to us.  We would do our best, within reasonable judgement, to help you resolve your unsatisfactory experience. Please feel free to email (info@swanpatisserie.com) or call us for any questions.

  • Last but not least, our product prices are subject to change without any prior notices.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order(s), please send us a message with the order number within 4 hours of orders.  Any orders placed for more than 4 hours are considered final, and can no longer be canceled.

Allergy Notice

All our products will have the ingredients and potential allergens clearly listed in each product description.  If you have any questions, please send us a message before placing an order.
