What form of payment do you accept?
At this moment, we only accept major Credit Cards through our online payment portal.
Do you offer shipping?
At the moment we are only offering pick-up option. Please see "Where do I pick-up my order(s)?"
Do you accept catering order?
Yes we do, please send us a message if you are interested in placing a catering order, and we can have further discussion.
I have allergies who should I talk to before placing an order?

Do you offer gluten-free products?
Yes! Our Amaretti Cookies are gluten free. We follow strict protocol to prevent cross-contact as with our other baked goods, but we do not have dedicated equipment for processing gluten-free baked goods.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your order please send us a message with the order number within 4 hours of orders. Any orders placed for more than 4 hours are considered final, and can no longer be canceled.
Do you make any sugar-free products?
Sorry, we do not make any sugar-free products at this time.

What happen if I miss my pick-up time?
Unfortunately, if you failed to pick-up within that window, we will NOT offer a refund. Please understand that our friends are very generous at providing us the 2-hour window to use their store as pick-up location, so we would like to honor that gesture by not going over the time limit.
When is your order cut-off time?
Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your orders.
